About The Role

We are seeking a Brand Marketing Manager who will spearhead the development of strategic brand campaigns, partnerships, and product launches to enhance brand awareness and advocacy. The ideal candidate blends creativity with data-driven insights, possessing robust organizational and communication skills. This role entails overseeing a small team to execute strategic brand initiatives.

Objectives

Collaborate across departments to devise and execute go-to-market plans for brand campaigns, seasonal launches, and product releases.

Curate and maintain an integrated marketing calendar, ensuring seamless execution of key brand initiatives across all channels.

Partner with creative, performance marketing, and site merchandising teams to craft content strategies elevating organic search traffic and enhancing customer lifecycle KPIs.

Liaise with PR agencies to amplify earned media impact during pivotal brand moments.

Identify opportunities for cross-branded promotions and activations.

Develop channel-specific content strategies to bolster brand awareness and meet impression targets.

Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to shape brand positioning and communication strategies leveraging consumer insights and competitive analysis.

Responsibilities

Strategize go-to-market plans, brand executions, and product launches.

Evaluate performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities.

Prioritize product launch initiatives based on financial targets and brand metrics.

Develop marketing strategies rooted in consumer insights.

Monitor and communicate the success and impact of programs.

Utilize performance marketing best practices in campaign development.

Coordinate key visual assets for omni-channel consistency.

Create content for consumer events.

Analyze competitor promotions and market changes.

Adapt strategies to evolving market conditions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred.

6 years of experience in brand marketing and strategy.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on both short-term and long-term objectives.

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Ability to cultivate effective working relationships.

Familiarity with the Christian community is advantageous.

Physical Demands
