About The Role
We are seeking a Brand Marketing Manager who will spearhead the development of strategic brand campaigns, partnerships, and product launches to enhance brand awareness and advocacy. Objectives
Collaborate across departments to devise and execute go-to-market plans for brand campaigns, seasonal launches, and product releases.
Curate and maintain an integrated marketing calendar, ensuring seamless execution of key brand initiatives across all channels.
Partner with creative, performance marketing, and site merchandising teams to craft content strategies elevating organic search traffic and enhancing customer lifecycle KPIs.
Liaise with PR agencies to amplify earned media impact during pivotal brand moments.
Identify opportunities for cross-branded promotions and activations.
Develop channel-specific content strategies to bolster brand awareness and meet impression targets.
Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to shape brand positioning and communication strategies leveraging consumer insights and competitive analysis.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred.
6 years of experience in brand marketing and strategy.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on both short-term and long-term objectives.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to cultivate effective working relationships.
Familiarity with the Christian community is advantageous.
