How will you make an impact?
We're seeking an experienced Field Sales Representative to work closely with field service delivery management, understand customer needs, and uncover new opportunities. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you'll develop and implement successful strategies to penetrate markets and enhance our strong, long-term relationships.

This is a fully remote position based in Dallas, TX.
What will you do?
Develop and maintain strategic customer relationships by engaging proactively with existing customers and new prospects to consistently achieve sales and business goals.
Identify new opportunities to expand business and solutions with assigned customers, ensuring a robust qualified pipeline and high closing ratio.
Establish and maintain professional credibility and influence within the industry to effectively partner with customers and be seen as a strategic partner and advocate for maximizing the customer experience.
Network and prospect across multiple industries to develop a robust qualified pipeline that meets company sales goals and objectives.
Present our portfolio of services to all levels within existing and potential clients.
Attend industry trade shows and conferences.
Mentor customers by assessing vertical and horizontal growth opportunities, educating them on new services.
Drive growth through cross-sell and upsell strategies by collaborating with different business lines.
Work closely with other Field Sales Representatives, Inside Sales, and service delivery managers to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment on delivering sold services.
Maintain thorough knowledge of the company's full suite of service offerings to quickly adapt recommendations to suit customer needs.
Conduct structured business review sessions with executive management to update and align on customer strategies and priorities, refine our value proposition, and offer continuous improvement through new ideas and recommendations.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation And Benefits
Salary range: $75,000 - $120,000 ($107,142 - $178,571 OTE)
Salary to be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with industry data.

How will you get here?
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Environmental Facilities Management, or a related field.
A master's degree is a plus.
5 years of experience in a sales role independently sourcing and managing a book of business.
Experience using Salesforce or a similar Customer Relations Management (CRM) system to document productivity, report pipeline expectations, and uncover opportunities.
A combination of education, training, and related experience may meet requirements.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Thorough knowledge of the laboratory/healthcare compliance services business and related markets.
Proven track record of successfully selling service support contracts, subscriptions, or related services.
Excellent customer service and sales skills with a passion for problem-solving and going above and beyond for each customer.
High level of interpersonal skills to interact with employees, prospects, existing customers, peers, and management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organization up to the executive leadership team.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt quickly to an ever-changing environment.
Knowledge and experience utilizing Microsoft Office suite.
Remote position with the ability to travel 50% - 70% of the time to visit customer sites.
