Position: Client Acquisition Specialist
Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Reach out to potential clients through various channels, such as cold calling, email outreach, and social media platforms, with a warm and personable approach.
Lead Assessment: Conduct thorough research on potential clients to ensure our services align with their needs. Evaluate leads based on their social media marketing requirements and business objectives.
Service Presentation: Articulate the value of our social media management services to potential clients effectively. Customize presentations to address their unique needs and challenges.
Onboarding Support: Guide clients through the onboarding process, providing detailed explanations of our services, contract terms, and addressing any inquiries they may have. Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless transition.
Relationship Cultivation: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a primary contact during the initial onboarding stages to ensure a positive experience.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize strategies and share valuable insights gained from client interactions.
Goal Attainment: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for client acquisition and revenue generation.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in marketing or sales, with a focus on client acquisition.
Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of social media marketing concepts and trends. Previous experience in a digital marketing agency is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Sales Proficiency: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining focus on goals and targets.
Tech Savviness: Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales software. Comfortable with remote communication and collaboration tools.
Global Awareness: Understanding of global business landscapes and cultural nuances.
