What You'll Do
As our Sales Development Manager, you'll spearhead our outbound lead generation efforts, helping us achieve our customer acquisition and revenue growth goals. You'll lead and inspire a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) responsible for engaging with potential clients and setting the stage for future success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and Inspire: Drive growth by effectively managing, coaching, and mentoring the sales development team to achieve lead generation targets.
Strategic Oversight: Develop and oversee lead generation strategies, processes, and documentation, ensuring efficient and impactful outcomes.
Collaborate and Partner: Work closely with Sales leadership to recruit, set objectives, and monitor performance, while also collaborating with Marketing on campaigns and strategies.
Analyze and Improve: Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements to enhance the lead generation process.
Develop Talent: Coach SDRs to become top performers, building a pipeline of future account executives.
Market Insight: Stay informed about market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.
Training and Materials: Create and update training materials to elevate the performance of the sales development team.
Process Management: Design and implement new processes in our CRM system (HubSpot) and manage team commissions in collaboration with Finance.
What We're Looking For
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience: Proven success as a sales development representative and leader, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and scaling teams.
Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and influence skills; excellent coaching and people management abilities; proficient in CRM software (HubSpot experience is a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic recommendations to improve lead generation.
Team Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally to streamline processes and enhance reporting.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel for conferences, events, and team activities as needed.
