Position Overview

We are currently seeking a talented Marketing Operations Sr. Manager, Project Management to lead project management initiatives within our Marketing organization. In this role, you will spearhead the implementation of project management tools, facilitate best practices, and support various marketing teams in achieving their objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Champion the launch and integration of Jira project management tools across the Marketing organization, in collaboration with IT and Marketing Technology teams.

Develop and implement project management best practices, including documentation, standard operating procedures, and training sessions.

Drive the adoption of new project management capabilities, such as capacity planning and productivity metrics, to enhance marketing efficiency.

Lead project management tool integrations and provide comprehensive onboarding and training support.

Collaborate with Omnichannel teams and other stakeholders to oversee project lifecycles, manage project statuses, and ensure timely delivery of work.

Act as a primary liaison between working teams and the Go-To-Market program, fostering seamless communication and collaboration.

Mentor and support other project management roles within the Marketing organization, setting the standard for excellence in project execution.

Consult with Marketing stakeholders to streamline processes and implement cross-functional solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, project management, or related field; military service or equivalent experience is a plus.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in project and/or program management, with a track record of success in implementing and managing project management tools.

Proficiency in Jira and/or Atlassian PM tools is essential.

Extensive experience in change management and stakeholder engagement.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.

Self-motivated, curious, and committed to achieving excellence.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and knowledge of agile methodologies are preferred.

Familiarity with B2C marketing is advantageous.
