About The Role

We're in search of a dynamic and seasoned Social Media Manager to spearhead our social media strategy. The ideal candidate possesses a profound understanding of various social media platforms, with a keen focus on engaging Gen Z and Millennial audiences. This role demands a trendsetter who can transform cultural phenomena into compelling content strategies that resonate deeply with our target demographic.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to amplify brand visibility and engagement among our target audience.

Curate, create, and oversee all published content (images, videos, written) across diverse platforms including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and TikTok.

Remain abreast of cultural trends, industry advancements, and emerging platforms to ensure our brand remains relevant and competitive.

Cultivate and expand online communities by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and cultivating a positive brand image.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, design, and product to align social media efforts with overarching brand objectives.

Analyze social media metrics to evaluate campaign success and adapt strategies accordingly.

Stay informed about the latest social media platform algorithms and changes to optimize content performance.

Ideal Background

Demonstrated experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within consumer-focused or lifestyle sectors.

Profound knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Ability to craft engaging and shareable content tailored specifically to Gen Z and Millennial audiences.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with a discerning eye for design and aesthetics.

Deeply connected with and engaged in culture, possessing a clear understanding of 'cultural cool'.

Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.

Strong project management and organizational abilities.

Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and respond to evolving trends.
