Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand strategic objectives related to HR technology, including employee experience, business processes, data strategy, and service delivery.
- Lead process redesign initiatives to help clients define outcomes and design effective processes and user touchpoints.
- Develop strategies to drive the adoption of Workday and other technology initiatives.
- Assess organizational readiness for adoption and create governance plans for both pre- and post-launch phases.
- Work across multiple teams and practices to provide holistic and coordinated solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients, ensuring they reach their HR and technology goals.
- Strong knowledge of Talent, HR, and/or HCM functions.
- 5 years of experience in Workday functional implementation.
- 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or Financial software.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver timely results.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% and collaborate with remote teams.
- Experience in project and/or program management.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically while balancing the needs of individual clients.

- Senior Consultant: \(110,000 - \)203,000
- Senior Principal: \(140,000 - \)258,000
- Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
