Senior Workday Consultant - HR Technology & Strategy Expert

Description

As a part of a modern technology consulting firm, you will be instrumental in transforming the industry by bringing innovative solutions to life for our clients. This role involves collaborating closely with clients to ensure they maximize the value of their Workday investment. You will operate as a subject matter expert on strategic and high-impact projects, guiding clients from initial planning to implementation and ongoing support.

Our advisory team partners with clients to deliver strategic Workday readiness, provide implementation support, and develop optimization roadmaps for future growth.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand strategic objectives related to HR technology, including employee experience, business processes, data strategy, and service delivery.
• Lead process redesign initiatives to help clients define outcomes and design effective processes and user touchpoints.
• Develop strategies to drive the adoption of Workday and other technology initiatives.
• Assess organizational readiness for adoption and create governance plans for both pre- and post-launch phases.
• Work across multiple teams and practices to provide holistic and coordinated solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients, ensuring they reach their HR and technology goals.
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Talent, HR, and/or HCM functions.
• 5 years of experience in Workday functional implementation.
• 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or Financial software.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver timely results.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% and collaborate with remote teams.
• Experience in project and/or program management.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to think strategically while balancing the needs of individual clients.

Additionally, we are dedicated to fair compensation practices, with base salary ranges that reflect position level, skills, and experience. For this role:

• Senior Consultant: \(110,000 - \)203,000
• Senior Principal: \(140,000 - \)258,000
• Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
