What You'll Do
Build Relationships: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with realtors, homebuilders, and other key referral sources.
Expert Knowledge: Stay informed about local mortgage needs, real estate market trends, and competitive landscape.
Loan Origination: Manage the origination and closing of residential home loans.
Team Collaboration: Foster a culture of trust and support, working closely with various partners and internal teams.
What We're Looking For
Experienced Professionals: Active Mortgage Loan Originators with a stable work history and an average of at least one closed residential home loan per month.
Licensed: Must hold a current NMLS license.
Referral Network: Established database for generating your own purchase leads.
Flexible Work Options: Hybrid and fully remote opportunities available depending on experience and licensing.
Compensation Details
Performance-Based Pay: Depending on your experience and location, you may be classified as an outside sales exempt employee with 100% commission on loans originated and closed, or a non-exempt employee with a combination of minimum wage and commission. Commission rates range from 50 to 150 basis points per loan.

Eligibility: Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis. Work visa sponsorship is not available.
