Who You Are
- Dependable and enthusiastic with experience in apartment leasing or hospitality phone sales.
- Organized and detail-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Experienced in office and software skills, eager to learn new systems.
- Located in Latin America with a reliable internet connection.
Your role will involve:
- Coordinating with future residents, marketing vacant properties, and responding to inquiries.
- Conducting virtual apartment tours, processing applications, and coordinating move-in activities.
- Increasing property occupancy through effective marketing and leasing strategies.
- Competitive salary of $1200 USD per month.
- Flexible 40-hour weekly schedule with schedule flexibility between 8am CST and 6pm CST.
