Responsibilities
Proactively engage with pre-qualified leads to understand their needs and real estate goals.
Conduct property showings, attend open houses, and provide relevant and timely information to potential home buyers.
Navigate the negotiation process effectively, working with sellers or their agents to secure the best deal for our clients.
Assist buyers in understanding the local housing market, advising on trends and property values to help make informed decisions.
Facilitate the home purchase process, including coordination with mortgage lenders to ensure buyers have a clear understanding of their budget and financing options.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the buying process to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for building rapport with diverse individuals.
Proven track record of real estate success and a deep understanding of the local market and trends.
Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license and have the ability to travel as needed.
A minimum educational requirement of a high school diploma, though a bachelor's degree is preferred.

Additional Requirements
At least one year of sales experience, preferably in real estate.
Real Estate License is required.
Previous sales experience is highly valued, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Applicants must be located in or willing to relocate to Monroe, LA, and have the option to work remotely.
