Position Overview:
Looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company’s policies and be well trained for accurate assistance to the customer.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and provide pricing and delivery information when requested
- Answer incoming calls, enter orders, and expedite as needed
- Establish and maintain customer relationships
- Handle individual customer accounts according to their specific needs
- Assist customers with basic technical support
- Review return requests and engage with supervisor on annual stock return requests
- File claims with UPS or Fed Ex for lost or damaged shipments
- Work with Director of Customer & Marketing Experience on special pricing requests
- Be proactive in reaching out to our customers
- Take on special assignments as requested by your supervisor
Experience:
- 2 years experience in a customer service role
- Experience working with NetSuite preferred, but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint & CRM Software)
Qualifications:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to create rapport with a variety of customers and team members
- Ability to translate your knowledge of the products to other employees and our customers
- Always demonstrate honesty and integrity
- Ability to work in a team environment
Compensation:
- $16.00-$18.00
- Monday – Friday, 1st Shift
