This is a full-time hybrid role for an Accounting and HR Assistant at GFP Response. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to accounting and HR functions, including payroll processing, benefits administration, HRIS management, training coordination, and general accounting support. While primarily based in Sisters, OR, this role allows for flexibility to work remotely as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in Accounting, Payroll Processing, and General Accounting Support
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and HR Management
- Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration
- Ability to coordinate Training programs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in emergency response or disaster relief is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR Management, or related field
