Essential Job Functions
- Is responsible for the following:
- Project budgets, costs and financials
- Preparation and completion of AR/AP and billings
- RFIs, submittals and mock ups
- Subcontractor Management process
- Permitting process
- Third party testing and design-team field reports
- Document control
- Archival of project information and close out processes
- Sending out schedule update
- Cast-in-place concrete process
- Procurement and coordination of doors, frames and hardware
- Pre-punch and punch list processes
- Change management process
- OAC Meeting preparation
- Setup of project specific GH Phipps Wymoing’s QA/QC program
- Startup and testing requirements in accordance with GH Phipps Wyoming's QA Program
- Preconstruction efforts
- Safety preplanning, ILSM Plan, ICRA, and MOPs
- Material procurement and delivery schedule
- Assists project team with negotiation of owner contracts
- Maintains excellent relationships with owner, design team, consultants, subcontractors and project team
- Coordinate pre-planning efforts with project team
- Partner with superintendent to develop and update schedule and manage project milestones
- Partner with superintendent to ensure compliance with company environmental, stormwater, and safety programs
- Has awareness of, and ability to research and enforce, building codes
- Cultivates new and existing business relationships by actively engaging in client pursuits, RFPs, and project interviews
- Executes GH Phipps Wyoming's operations policies and procedures throughout construction process
- Embraces a lean culture and work environment
- Mentors and trains direct reports
- When required, leads estimating and preconstruction process; including take-off, bidding, upload, buyout, subcontracting
- This position is considered to be a safety sensitive and requires full adherence to all safety guidelines issued by company
SALARY RANGE: $82,000 - $92,000 annually; actual salary based on experience and qualifications.
