Clinically sustainable caseload size What you’ll do in this role: Provide oversight and guidance of the day-to-day operations of assigned clinic site by assuring consistent execution of established policies and procedures Collaborate with on-site Office Manager to administer the intake/onboarding of new staff and clients Review clinical documentation of BCBAs to ensure quality standards are met and client is progressing towards their individualized goal selections Act as clinical leadership for BTs/ RBTs/ BCBAs in cooperation with the regional leadership team and the Chief Clinical Officer Prepare and maintain records and reports pertaining to client evaluations and treatment plans Ensure clinical quality by providing training opportunities and hands-on assistance to clinic staff Provide oversight and guidance to BCBAs related to caseload management and RBT assignments We are looking for a compassionate Clinic Director with: Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Minimum of three (3) years of related professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in a multidisciplinary team setting, preferred Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB, required Works with integrity and adheres to the BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA practices, and company policies Expert knowledge of scientifically-validated methodologies and approaches found to benefit individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, including familiarity with current related research findings Ability to move freely, quickly, and frequently from a seated position (on the floor or in a chair) to a standing position as well as the ability to lift items up to 50 lbs. on occasion We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
