About the Role as Account Coordinator:
Gi Group is seeking a dedicated On-site Account Coordinator to join our team at our clients Automotive Factory in Woking. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a varied role with a mix of office-based and on-the-floor responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities of an Account Coordinator:
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing the needs and concerns of our temporary workforce.
- Factory Floor Presence: Regularly visit the factory floor to oversee the temp workforce, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues.
- Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating job adverts, screening candidates, conducting interviews, group recruitment sessions and booking hours.
- Shift Meetings: Attend and contribute to shift meetings, ensuring clear communication between all parties.
- Administrative Duties: Utilise Excel and Outlook for various administrative tasks, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping, right to work checks and candidates’ registrations.
Skills
About You:
- Experience: You have experience with Excel and Outlook, as well as a background in customer service.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive: You’re proactive and can handle a variety of tasks efficiently.
- Team Player: You work well within a team and are happy to go above and beyond to support your colleagues and the temporary workforce.
