YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

From Spring yard clean-ups to weekly mowing services, weeding, fall leaf clean-up, pruning and trimming of trees and bushes, to bark mulch installation you'll be at the heart of creating beautiful outdoor spaces.

Operating lawn equipment, handling snow plowing and shoveling in the Winter, and even getting opportunities with other contractors during the off-season your role is diverse and impactful.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Willingness to work in all weather conditions
• Physical ability to perform manual labor
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Having 1 year of lawn maintenance experience is preferred but not required for this entry-level role. Our ideal candidate is hardworking with a great work ethic, a team player who gets along with others, and honest and trustworthy.

WORK SCHEDULE

You'll have a full-time schedule during the summer months and a part-time schedule during the winter months. Maintenance employees work Monday through Friday between 6 : 30 AM and 4 : 30 PM, with the flexibility to work later and on weekends as needed.

Unlimited overtime is available depending on weather conditions.
