What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative/Marketing Assistant position at Gibbel Kraybill & Hess LLP?
GKH is currently seeking a full-time Administrative & Marketing Assistant to work with attorneys and staff in our 2933 Lititz Pike office. This is a remote/hybrid position with the flexibility to work from home or in the office as needed. The ideal candidate will have administrative skills and experience with social media design and marketing. Excellent self-management, organizational and detail-oriented skills are essential, plus a desire to be an integral part of a team-oriented office.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the production of marketing materials
- Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows
- Create and edit content for different platforms such as social media, website, and email blasts
- Provide administrative and project support to Firm Administrator and other practice areas as needed
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel
- Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications is a plus
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive and professional demeanor
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred but not required)
