Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and create accurate schedules
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues
- Analyze data and provide recommendations for schedule improvements
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project milestones
- Communicate schedule updates and changes to team members and stakeholders
- Conduct regular meetings to review project status and address any scheduling concerns
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Project Scheduler or in a similar role
- Proficient in using project management software and scheduling tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
