RESPONSIBILITIES:
Medical Lab Techs work under the supervision of a medical technologist or physician to perform tests that help physicians diagnose and treat diseases. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare medical samples for analysis and monitor tests and procedures
- Use equipment to locate microorganisms and analyze the chemical content of fluids
- Match blood for transfusions and test blood for drug levels
