Gilbane is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to support the development, administration, and communication of the Gilbane’s global compensation programs.

Responsibilities
Sr. Compensation Analyst typical responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Lead the compensation surveys including job matching, data submission, review and analysis of results and updating market data for the various job hierarchies
- Lead the annual salary planning process including budgeting, modeling, administration, and analysis
- Support the design and execution of various incentive programs and the incentive payment calculations and employee communication
- Manage and support various compensation related projects typically related to process improvement, employee communication and education, program review and/or redesign, research and analysis, etc.
- Perform data analysis and prepare management reports related to compensation
- Coordinate with HR Business Partners and managers to resolve compensation related issues and to elevate the level of compensation knowledge across the company
- Work with HRIS and technology staff to ensure that the HRIS systems are updated to reflect changes to salary structures, incentive programs, etc. to effectively execute the company’s compensation strategy

- Familiarity with survey management tools, MarketPay preferred
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field
- 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years of experience in compensation administration
- HR credential preferred but not required
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
For Albany and Buffalo, NY; Cleveland and Columbus, OH; Milwaukee, WI; Orlando, Jacksonville, and Tampa, FL this ranges from $96,500.00-$144,700.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
For Providence, RI; Baltimore, MD; Glastonbury, CT; Atlanta, GA this ranges from $101,300.00-$151,900.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
For Boston, MA and Arlington, VA this ranges from $106,200.00-$159.200.00 plus benefits and retirement program.Gilbane offers an excellent total compensation package which includes competitive health and welfare benefits and a generous profit-sharing/401k plan.
