WHAT IS GOING ON?
We have a great service team but we need a bright outgoing individual to support our service advisors at our Giles Automotive Service Center

  • Greet and guide clients over the phone for our service department.

  • Engage in conversation with clients to fully understand their needs and manage expectations.

  • Assist clients and service advisors in order to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

  • Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become a service expert. Know the in’s and the out’s of service offerings.

  • Initiate and cultivate enriching and long-lasting relationships with customers.

  • Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.

Salary : $28,300 - $35,800
