Grand Rapids based manufacturing company is adding to their HR team!
Responsibilities include:
- Follow up with applicants for production/manufacturing jobs.
- Conduct basic phone screens and schedule interviews.
- Generate and maintain a pipeline of viable candidates.
- Maintain employment records and reports.
- Process payroll
- Ensure all data is collected, updated and reported properly.
- Create a positive experience for applicants and employees.
- Provide support for employee engagement events.
- Build strong working relationships with team members.

Pay: $51,838.00 - $57,226.00 per year
