Grand Rapids based manufacturing company is adding to their HR team!
Responsibilities include:
Follow up with applicants for production/manufacturing jobs.
Conduct basic phone screens and schedule interviews.
Generate and maintain a pipeline of viable candidates.
Maintain employment records and reports.
Process payroll
Ensure all data is collected, updated and reported properly.
Create a positive experience for applicants and employees.
Provide support for employee engagement events.
Build strong working relationships with team members.
