What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barback position at Gillette Stadium?
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for stocking bar locations before and during events as well as post event clean up.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stock all bars to the appropriate levels
- Assist bartenders during event in order to maximize profitability of each location
- Special projects and assignments as business dictates
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be 18 years or older
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
- Organized and attentive to detail
- Customer service oriented
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to push and pull heavy carts
- Ability to frequently move up to 100 pounds

WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Fast-paced environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- The noise level in the work environment is usually loud on event days
