Gillette Stadium Pizza Maker

SUMMARY: The Premium Pizza Chef is responsible for making pizzas to specification using an extra-large, fresh dough ball. Produces pizza quickly and efficiently. Maintains a clean and safe station.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards
• Clean food preparation areas, cooking surface, utensils
• Operate pizza ovens/conveyor ovens
• Accurately measure ingredients required for building menu items
• Cook to quantities to meet changing demand levels throughout the day
• Clean, stock, restock workstations and display cases
• Must be able to fulfill all shifts for full stadium events
• Work closely with Market Operations Supervisor
• Special projects and assignments as business dictates

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position has no supervisory responsibilities

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• 1 2 years experience in a Pizza shop/restaurant producing fresh dough pizzas, supervising staff, managing product quality, inventory, and production.
• Ability to build and cook pizzas and related items consistently to specification
• Knowledge of dough, sauce, cheeses and other pizza components
• Experienced in handling raw dough to prepare pizza items
• Be able to stand and walk for 9-10 hours per event

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs

• The noise level is moderate on non-event days and loud on event days
