The Fairfield Inn Dedham is now hiring for a Banquet Chef. Must be detail oriented, able to work on own and in a team, and must have good communication skills. Full time hours available.
The salary is $65K - $70K/Year

Job Responsibilities include:
• Handle and store food and ingredients safely
• Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients
• Bake, grill, steam and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry, and other foods
• Present, garnish and arrange final dishes with a focus on consistency
• Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order
• Other duties as assigned
