We are hiring full time Retail Sales Specialist in our Santa Barbara location. Pay rate is $18 per hour plus benefits. Benefits include full medical, dental & vision insurance (at no cost to you!), PTO/sick pay, paid holidays and Girl Scout cookies!
Job duties include daily operations of Council retail shop at your assigned location. Assist in recruiting girls and adults, assist as needed with other departments, support programs within the retail location, maintaining inventory in clean, neat fashion, and assisting with product program sales. Your days will be filled with fun – never a dull moment!
Qualifications are a high school diploma, bilingual is a plus, prior experience in retail or customer service. Friendly personality & solid work ethic are a must! Able to stand, walk, squat or bend for extended periods of time. Ability to lift 25 pounds. Prior Girl Scouts experience is a plus! Able to work weekends and some evening hours are required. Looking for someone reliable, honest, energetic, and who enjoys working with girls!
