Finance Manager - Worcester, MA

We have an open position for a Finance Manager to join our CFO and Accounting Specialist, completing the finance team. The Finance Manager reports to the CFO with a starting pay range of $65,000 - $70,000/year. The position is classified as exempt with a full-time 35-hour workweek, with some exceptions as needed.

Responsibilities include:

· Work with senior managers as well as front-line staff and volunteers to increase understanding of procedures, budgeting, and financial reports

· Process payroll for year-round and seasonal summer camp employees

· Generate financial statements

· Process ACH payments

· Reconcile accounts - some of the applications we use are Salesforce, CampDoc, NetSuite, MIP Fund Accounting (Abila), Crystal Report Writer, Filemaker, and a proprietary product sale application

Expected qualities and abilities include:

· Strong foundation in accounting

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Strong collaborative skills
• Experience working with confidential personal information
• Experience in accounting platforms/finance software
