We are a flavoring company – You will operate a variety of equipment used in food processing including blenders and sieves for the manufacturing of cheese and cream flavors, as an example, while maintaining safe, sanitary operating conditions, and providing the highest levels of product quality and customer care.

• Product Quality: Read control instruments, prepare records for all operations, complete all safety inspection checklists, and complies with all GMPs. Understand blender capacity, raw materials and finished product bulk densities, plating, safety interlock proximity switches, evaluation of blender seal integrity, proper sieve screen inspection and selection, and packing equipment.
• Safety and Sanitary Compliance: Comply with all Safety, FDA/AIB/USDA requirements and Company policies/procedures. Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices. Comply with the HACCP program in detail, including sieve checks, metal detector operation, magnet checks and proper record-keeping.
• Impact and Influence: Communicates openly, has a desire to achieve results, and is a team player. Contact with warehouse, maintenance, quality control, and production planning.

Your professional profile includes:

• High School diploma or equivalent is the minimum requirement. 1 or more year of previous production manufacturing experience is helpful.
• Ability to lift 50lbs and the desire to not have a desk job as you will stand to accomplish position goals
• Current experience driving and maneuvering fork-lift preferred, but interest to learn will also be considered
• The ability to drive a sit-down fork-lift truck will eventually be required.

You will end up having:

• Comprehensive working knowledge of all equipment within Cheese operation and all record-keeping systems.
• Operate fork-lift truck. Visually use RF Hand Scanners for product coding
