We have an immediate need for a Physician Liaison as part of our Albuquerque office. The ideal candidate has experience in a hospital or medical office setting. They can effectively communicate with providers/clinics. Someone who has excellent customer service, and a drive to get things accomplished, self-driven and works well independently.
Someone who is friendly, compassionate, driven, and reliable will do well in this position. The individual will advocate on behalf of the patient and provide excellent customer service to patients, medical offices, and hospitals.

Qualifications:- Warm, confident, and persuasive communication skills
- Willingness to be a part of a team environment
- Excellent reading, writing skills
- Intermediate computer skills to include the MSOffice Suite
- Ability to learn different technology programs quickly
- Great organization skills and the ability to manage high volume of paperwork
- Someone who takes pride and demonstrates ownership qualities
Skills:- 1-2 years' experience in a business development setting is preferred.
- Attend medical appointments to advocate the support from the provider for appropriate paperwork
- Maintain relationships with existing providers to address needs
- Cultivate new provider relationships to support patients
- Schedule medical appointments for patients
- Facilitate appropriate paperwork with the provider/clinics
- Develop harmonious relationships with internal staff, external hospital staff, potential patients, and medical group records departments
- Multitask and prioritize competing requests
- Work in a fast paced, high-volume environment with minimal mistakes
