Project Administrator Assistant Job Summary
Glacial Multimedia Inc.
A busy full-service internet marketing and website development company is looking for an experienced, proactive assistant to work collaboratively with our CEO and Director of Marketing Operations on specific short-and long-term projects. In this role, you will prepare reports for clients as needed, coordinate and schedule meetings with all necessary clients, vendors, and service providers, and ensure that projects are moving forward on time and on budget. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to suggest and sell additional internet marketing products and services. You will need to be highly organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks while working independently.
Project Assistant Duties and Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the CEO, Director of Marketing Operations, and team to maximize productivity
- Organize and monitor schedules and see that deadlines are met
- Coordinate efforts within the team and with outside consultants efficiently
- Report updates verbally and in written form to management
- Monitor budget and help ensure resources are used efficiently
- Complete any necessary administrative tasks, such as research and emails
- Demonstrate commitment to clients’ needs and confidentiality
- Promote and upsell additional marketing products and services
- Prepare and present client marketing reports
Project Assistant Requirements and Qualifications
- Some sales experience preferred
- Ability to confidently call clients consistently to maintain and grow relationships
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving
- Excellent computer skills, WordPress experience a plus
- Collaborative working style and team-player attitude
- Able to work independently with little supervision
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
- Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to the team’s success
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Able to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven work environment
