We’re hiring a CMMS Data Entry Associate to Live. Work. Explore. in Columbia Falls, Montana!

Job Summary :

Clerk process Work Order information, Purchase Requests and Receiving Documents in CMMS Software. Verifying, correcting, deleting unnecessary data, or combining data from several sources before entering into a file.

The Details :

Position Type : Seasonal

Season Dates : Late-May or Early-June through late-September 2024

Pay : $17.50 / hr

Schedule : Typical schedule is 40 hours / per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Housing : Employee housing is not available

Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Familiar with (CMMS) Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
• Familiar with building maintenance and parts terms.
• Clerk process Work Order information, Purchase Requests and Receiving Documents in CMMS Software.
• Verifying, correcting, deleting unnecessary data, or combining data from several sources before entering into a file.
• Entering information into Electronic software or files from hand written pages or figures contained in printed files.
• Deciphering hand written documents or faded text and transforming into digital data.
• Requesting further information for documents that are deemed incomplete.
• Checking completed work for errors or duplicate information before submitting the final product.

Qualifications

• Strong typing, analytical, and computer skills (10key and at least 60 WPM).
• Proficient with Adobe, Microsoft word and Excel.
• Ability to enter data accurately at a given speed.

Physical Requirements include :

• Must be able to sit for a long periods of time.
• Must be able to walk and stand.
• Ability to perform general office functions.
