Job Requirements:
Minimum Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field from an accredited program
- No previous experience required
- Medical Technologist certification (MT/MLS) or equivalent
- Proficiency in performing a wide range of laboratory tests with precision and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and adherence to established protocols and procedures
- Effective communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of patient information
- Knowledge of safety regulations and adherence to infection control measures
