Job Posting for Body Shop Manager at Glaser's Collision Center
Glaser's Collision Center is looking for an experienced, motivated production manager to oversee the operations. This is not an entry level position, applicant must have experience running a production collision center and have positive references from previous employers.
We are a growing company that is looking for dynamic leaders to help move the company forward.
Job responsibilities include:
- Leading / motivating team of technicians
- Monitoring and maintaining a high standard of quality repairs
- Maintaining DRP relationships and scorecards
- Maintaining and monitoring store KPI's
- Responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with the customer, insurance company and vendors.
- You will be held responsible for the growth, profitability and performance of your individual store.
Qualifications needed:
- A minimum of 6 years experience working in a production collision center
- A positive, outgoing attitude with a service mentality
- Experience with CCC One
- Must have experience maintaining insurance relationships
- Must have a clean record and a valid driver’s license
- Must have positive employment references from past employers

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,745.76 - $117,214.23 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
