About the Role
This role is responsible for supporting go-to-market readiness activities and delivery of programs to the global sales and customer success organization (and other “close to revenue” groups as assigned).
What You’ll Do
- Join an incredible and supportive team that collaborates and innovates
- Enable training of our go-to-market team around Glassdoor products and systems as well as sales & service processes
- Create and maintain the Continued Education curriculum for all go-to-market
- Help facilitate New hire Onboarding and role-specific Continued Education programs
- Collaborate closely with Product & Systems Enablement team to ensure all go-to-market training content is up to date
- Demonstrate various learning methodologies and techniques to drive engagement and retention including digital learning, adult learning theory, experiential learning, peer-learning and microlearning
- Develop success measurements and assess training impact, and develop reinforcement strategies as needed
- Create, contribute to, and maintain the training roadmap for the go-to-market organization
- Be part of making the magic happen for our annual Sales Kick Off event
What You’ll Bring

- Bachelor’s degree in related field or minimum 3 years related-experience in job function and/or industry
- Experience using, handling and building content for a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Strong grasp on both theory and application of adult learning and enablement methodologies
- Excitement around facilitation for large audiences, senior leadership audiences, and virtual audiences
- A passion for Instructional Design
- Proven project management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Operating with integrity in ambiguous situations
- Adaptability to change and agility in work planning
Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary Range*: $103,000.00 - $155,000.00
*Glassdoor base salaries are targeted to the market 75th percentile for technical roles and the 65th percentile for non-technical roles. In other words, 65-75% of comparable organizations in our industry will pay less.
Annual Bonus Target**: 10%
**Bonuses are paid in 6-month intervals, aligning with bi-annual performance reviews
