JOB SUMMARY
Temporary Position
The Pharmacy Clerk is directly responsible for basic administrative duties within the pharmacy. Responsible for initiating supply requests and stocking supplies in the pharmacies, Responsible for keeping HIPPA information safe and accurately delivering medications to the correct patients.
JOB DUTIES
- Basic administrative duties within the pharmacy, including but not limited to, taking out trash, cleaning/organizing stock and supplies, refilling supplies, sorting mail/deliveries.
- Answer and triage phone calls to the pharmacy.
- Collect payment and/or insurance information from patients.
- Organize and file daily/weekly/monthly pharmacy records.
- Coordinate the delivery/shipment of patient orders.
- Deliver Curbside pickups.
MARGINAL JOB DUTIES
- Acts on behalf of GLBHC in matter relating to safety and security.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
- Physical Effort: Medium
- Travel: Some travel between location.
