Primary Functions: Receptionist and clerical support for Global Credit Union Insurance Brokers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Education: High school diploma
Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: Not applicable
Experience/Skills: One year receptionist, secretarial or direct client/member contact experience. Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time. Must be articulate and possess the ability to communicate well with the public via telephone and in person. Ability to type 45 wpm. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook). Must be able to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of client information and records.
Tenure: Administrative Support Specialist II, category 14 requires six months tenure in the Administrative Support Specialist II category 15 position with performance that meets or exceeds expectations. Administrative Support Specialist III, category 13 requires nine months tenure in the Administrative Support Specialist II category 14 position with performance that meet or exceeds expectations. Directly related work experience and/or accelerated training completion may be substituted for tenure.
Salary Pay Range:
Starting base salary will be determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, education, and local or state wage requirements, if applicable and will fall within the range provided above.
In accordance with our Salary Administration policy, new hire base salaries generally fall within the minimum to midpoint of the listed range.
