CONSTRUCTION COORDINATOR - WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As Construction Coordinator, you’ll be mostly responsible for working closely within the Construction Department to guarantee customer requests are handled quickly and efficiently and of course, up to customer satisfaction. You’ll also handle follow ups and updates.
In this role, you’ll process customer requests for Construction services making sure they’re in line with established department policies and procedures, and you’ll guarantee satisfactory completion of the services.
You’ll be in charge of organizing and coordinating schedules with vendors, stores, and others as needed for project completion within the client’s deadlines. You’ll be in charge of contacting malls, landlords or property managers to lock-down work requirements, and you’ll need to give clients updates on their project statuses through email or third party technology. We’ll be expecting you to give feedback efficiently about service updates, and stay on contacting vendors. You’ll also be providing administrative support like faxes, or assisting with bids and quotes and inputting orders as needed. You’ll be in charge of all paperwork involved in project close outs, and you’ll maintain our databases while processing a high volume of data and calls regularly.
WHO YOU ARE
You work well with others, as well as on your own, and you love a fast-paced office environment. You can manage time to meet deadlines, prioritize well and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You’ve got great judgement, but you’re able to be flexible, take initiative and you never miss the details. You’re amazing with customers, and you’ve got dynamite communication skills.
You’ve got at least a year of experience under your belt in working in a fast paced office environment, and you’re a whiz with using Outlook, Excel and Internet research tools. If you’re bilingual, that’s a plus.
