The Data Entry Specialist will cross train in the Video monitoring, Intrusion detection, FA, and Asset Tracking to better understand why the data entry process is so vital.
We are looking for a team member who is extremely efficient and wants to grow with us.

Job Responsibilities
- Enter alarm activation data, location details, and response actions, into the company's database system in a timely and accurate manner
- Verify the accuracy of data input and make necessary corrections or adjustments as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless data entry processes and consistent data quality
- Generate reports and assist in data analysis as required by management
- Perform regular data audits to identify and rectify discrepancies or errors
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to data entry and information security
- 1-3 years' experience in the security industry preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and has a strong work ethic
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other corporate team members and operational team members.
