Location: Hybrid (10% Remote and 90% Onsite)

Candidate must live within 50 to 75 miles from Grand Forks, North Dakota

Annual Salary Range: $35,000 - $180,000 | Uncapped Commission

The territory includes the following counties: Grand Forks, Traill, Steele, Griggs, Nelson, Walsh, Marshall, MN, Polk, MN

The TerritorySales Manager is responsible for generating sales of our emergency air transport services to the local community. Responsibilities:

• The Territory Sales Manager will generate leads for new business through actions such as:
• Cold calling
• Utilizing customer referrals.
• Community involvement.
• Collaborating with leadership on marketing programs.
• Participating in community networking events to draw in prospects.
• Completing the full sales cycle from introduction and discovery to the needs analysis, proposal creation, closure, and ongoing follow up and management.
• The Territory Sales Manager will build a pipeline of B2C and B2B customers sufficient to achieve sales and company goals/targets.
• Closing smart business (consistent with AMCN's objectives and practices).

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, or equivalent work experience
• 3 years previous B2C or B2B solutions sales experience, preferred.
• Emergency medical transport industry knowledge, preferred.
• Background and substance screenings will be completed.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
