This role is essential to our office’s success, focusing on processing legal documents, managing communications, and overseeing a caseload of child support cases.
This is an onsite, full-time position working Monday through Friday, from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM.
The ideal candidate will live in or very near Kansas City, KS.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities : - Provide case management services to an assigned case load of child support cases and apply knowledge of policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations to progress cases through the administrative and legal systems.
- Establish and enforce child support orders.
- Research and review records to gather information vital to cases.
- Educate customers on the process and their options and respond to customer inquiries.
- Verify existing data on an automated child support system. - High school diploma or GED required and 0-2 years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. #LI-Onsite
