Electrical Assembler Job Description
Global Power Components is seeking an experienced Electrical Assembler to join our production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As an Electrical Assembler, you will be responsible for installing conduit, wiring, and electrical components per engineering specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and Maintenance: Install conduit, wiring, and electrical components according to engineering specifications.
- Tool and Equipment Management: Properly care for, use, and store company-supplied tools and equipment.
- Collaboration and Improvement: Work with electrical engineering and quality control teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Quality Control: Take corrective actions on quality issues and work with management and coworkers to prevent them in the future.
- Safety: Work safely and demonstrate a safety-first mindset to those around you.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience required.
- Licenses and Certifications: Journeyman Electrician License preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in conduit bending, wire installation and terminations, and troubleshooting.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Other: Valid driver's license.
