The recruiting department is responsible for posting open positions and interviewing job seekers to find the best qualified candidates for our clients’ open positions.
Major Areas of Responsibility :
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of each position.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates, including but not limited to job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals, and passive candidate outreach.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact through offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged and informed throughout the hiring process.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting our employer brand and values to prospective candidates.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition and employment law.
- Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and systems.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
- Recent professional internships / work experience
- Ability to work independently
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Available to work before and after standard business hours when required
Education and Experience :
- Bachelor Degree and / or relevant business experience
- Prior experience is not required but preferred

Job Type : Full Time employee must be available to work between the hours of 8 : 30am and 5 : 30pm Monday- Friday
