Compensation & Benefits Administrator
Summary
- Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Global Benefits, the Compensation & Benefits Administrator will provide overall support for the Total Rewards team and is responsible for implementing benefits products to the US and OUS business.
Here’s What You’ll Do:
- Serve as subject matter expert for benefits related activities including health, welfare, pension, leave of absence, insurances, trusts, etc
- Responsible for overseeing and maintaining benefits data, files and outputs
- Responsible for working with digital to fix integration/file issues related to total rewards
- Responsible for responding to internal reporting requests
- Serve as a contributing team member for new, and the delivery of, existing benefits plans
- Serve as first level liaison between internal departments, vendors and third-party administrators
- Support ongoing communications and engagement activities, coordinates with internal departments for alignment across the US and OUS organization
- Oversee invoicing and billing processes related to total rewards
- Responsible for compliance with any regulatory requirements and annual filings
- Process US and OUS benefits invoices including sending approvals to AP to make payment
- Troubleshoot and solve benefit invoice issues
- Will enter all purchase requisitions related to total rewards in SAP system
- Serve as point of contact relating to OUS benefits for BDO (OUS payroll provider) and will answer questions/handle proposals related to OUS benefits with BDO
- Create and update all benefits at a glance document and any other necessary total rewards materials
- Support open enrolment in US
- Support and continuously update total rewards policy and process documentation
- Enroll OUS new hires in benefits following the enrolment process unique to that country
- Provide BDO with new hire information when necessary
- Answer employee benefits questions
- Process education assistance payments
Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent is required
- 2-5 years’ experience in Benefits
- Good knowledge of benefits plans and federal FMLA and disability requirements
- Familiarity with Workday HRIS
- Advanced English language skills
- MS Office product proficiency, specifically Excel
- Process oriented with strong attention to detail
