Technical Summary
As a Security Analyst, you will help implement container scanning services to support cloud infrastructure and development processes. You will ensure the cloud infrastructure adheres to industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and baseline compliance with a focus on cybersecurity. We will depend on your expertise to recommend new processes or procedures to continuous improve our cloud/container vulnerability management service.
This is an initial 3-month assignment with a possibility of contract to hire. In this role, a typical day will include the following:
- Normal working business hours Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week
- Administration of all Sysdig components
- Documenting Sysdig assessment procedures
- Assessing runtime security processes / procedures for on-prem containers
- Developing simplified alerting process for critical vulnerabilities
- Documenting resource needs for ongoing sustainment
- Monitoring for impending cybersecurity threats affecting Health IT
- Documenting standard operating procedures
