GLOBE STAR is a Gentle Teaching-based agency in northwest Indiana, providing direct, human services for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities since 1996.

Qualifications:
- Interest in the commitment to serve and improve the quality of life for individuals with developmental, physical, or mental disabilities.
- Be kind, compassionate, and caring.
- Be of good moral character.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Current drivers license and proper vehicle insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and review services for all individuals.
- Supervise all Mentoring/Behavior records.
- Conduct assessments as needed.
- Facilitate multi-disciplinary team programs.
- Ensure Human Rights reporting.
- Coordinate individual mentoring plans with home and day programs.
- Facilitate and implement programs to promote interdependent functioning.
- Attend professional meetings and workshops.
- Promote the Globe Star mission.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
