Responsibilities

• Developing insurance quotes, shopping renewals and issuing insurance documents as requested
• Creating relationships with with clients to ensure client retention
• Responding to queries, problem solving, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction
• interact with customers in a professional manner in all communication, via telephone, email, and face to face 
• Other duties assigned

Qualifications

• Personal and or Commercial lines license is preferred
• Computer Skills
• Able to work in an office setting
• Ability to communicate with customers either by phone or face to face
