What we are looking for
The Senior Product Marketing Manager (PMM) will be part of our Product Management team reporting to the Chief Product Officer. You will be responsible for defining the value proposition, the messaging, and the optimal channels to help drive product engagement and adoption.
You will work closely with the Product, Marketing, Sales, and CX teams to understand our customers, our competitive landscape, the unique value and capabilities of our products, and how to communicate effectively to each of the segments within our market. As your role develops, you will help shape our direction as we evolve towards a more Product-Led growth (PLG) strategy.
What you’ll be doing:
- Define our product positioning and articulate the value we deliver to our clients
- Align with our Head of Marketing Communications to develop a consistent tone of voice for communications
- Assess each product launch independently, define the messaging, value proposition and the optimal channels to help drive awareness and adoption
- Manage customer communications (in-product, email campaigns etc) improving our overall engagement and product success metrics
- Own our product positioning and go-to market strategies ensuring consistency for all product streams within the business
- Help support our Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy to successfully deliver key product outcomes
- Gain insights by joining customer research calls and taking part in user story mapping, ensuring you are equipped to help drive our business objectives
- Support any up-sell and expansion campaigns to increase revenue per customer
- Measure the impact of all communications and product launches - constantly iterate and improve these metrics
Requirements
- 7 years experience in a SaaS marketing position including direct product marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree in business / marketing or equivalent experience
- Excellent quantitative, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and an outstanding capacity for cross-functional and cross-organizational collaboration
- Self-motivated, well organized and with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Able to take ownership of projects while meeting key priorities and deadlines
