What are the responsibilities and job description for the Territory Manager (France) position at Glooko?
We are looking for Territory Managers with business and strategic thinking who will promote Glooko products in France and ensure proper training and satisfaction of users.
As our territory manager you are responsible for developing existing customer base and develop new relationships with new users in order to strengthen Glooko's position in your area.
About the Role:
- Promote our remote monitoring solutions for diabetic patients
- Follow-up of users and leads prospection via a CRM tool
- Increase the number of clinics users
- Makes every effort to ensure that professionals can integrate new patients and new patients into the ETAPES program
- Develop privileged relationships with diabetologists, nurses and education nurses using our platform in order to collect their feedback and those of patients using our solution
- Develop privileged relationships with our partners, pharmaceutical laboratories, medical device manufacturers, and ensure their knowledge of our products and identify business opportunities
- Ensure the training of nurses, doctors, “prestataires”, partners using our solution
- Intensive collaboration with the Sales, Technical and Marketing departments to participate in the development of functionalities to facilitate the use of our system
- Provide support for the use of our products and ensure the follow-up of our solution
- Participate in the development of sales forecasts and establish a monthly activity report
- Participate in the implementation of the various tests and studies
- Participate in different events, congresses in France and abroad
About you:
- Have a relevant advanced degree and business skills or an equivalent position
- Have a background from the diabetes industry and a strong business sense
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the desire to invest in an innovative and fast growing company
- Good teaching skills and experience in training medical staff
- Passionate, dynamic and good communicator
- Ability and willingness to travel, within 70km of a TGV station or an airport
- Valid Driver's License
- Attached to teamwork but also able to be autonomous
