About the role
The Commercial Manager is responsible for the satisfactory performance of the wholesale portfolio and local field team. For the retail side, provide structure to the program’s framework and has direct interaction/relationship with PLA partners, OEM, and Dealers to follow up and support intermediation in order to reach retail targets. The position also interacts with GMF global functions that support Peru Branch.
What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related.
- Database Handling / Pivot Tables.
- Strong English communication skills is required.
- Risk Management experience is a plus.
- Self-Motivated and results oriented.
- Team development skills.
- Knowledge of commercial risk controls.
- Assertive communication (written and oral).
- High level negotiation skills.
- Data Analysis.
- Good skills of follow-up.
- Detail Oriented.
- Customer focused approach.
- 3 year experience in Auto industry.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Access database management is a plus).
What you will be doing
- Wholesale portfolio performance.
- Coach and guide the wholesale Field reps to improve their overall performance and strengthen the Branch controls.
- Manage PLA performance, design, propose and implement retail finance strategies with partners to accomplish OEM retail volume.
- Design and implement together with OEM marketing campaigns, dealers and customers' incentives and trainings in order to reach the retail targets.
- Analyze and propose dealers’ retail finance targets and oversee commission payments to Dealers.
- Lead the F&I Program for Peru.
- Contact person and support for GMF Global functions as IT, HR, Compliance, CRM, Digital Marketing, BCM, Procurement.
- Maintain an open communication with Dealers General Managers in order to facilitate negotiations and support with any requirement.
