This role is an essential member of the entire company acting as the right-hand person to the CEO and an advocate for the client. Our clients are industry leaders in plastic surgery and the medical spa space.
We're a digital marketing agency led by technologists focused on the medical industry located in Playa del Rey. You will collaborate with copy, design, marketing, and development teams to create the most successful websites in the industry.
This position is full-time onsite as we would like this individual to grow with us. Our penthouse offices overlook the ocean and marina, and we firmly believe in working hard and enjoying the success we achieve together.

The team member will be responsible for managing creative projects, from concept to completion. Tasks include managing websites, SEO content, design, email marketing, Google Analytics.

We need you to be responsible for aligning marketing briefs with creative requests into creative planning and assigning projects via creating tickets to designers, developing timelines, calendars, oversee revisions/proofs, quality control, communicating where things are in the process to the CEO, and managing deadlines.
Responsibilities include:
- Review incoming briefs and visual requests and schedules/assigns projects to the team
- Track projects through all phases from requests through approvals and distribution of final assets to ensure the accuracy and timely execution of projects
- Prioritize projects, adjust workflow and provide updates to the department during scheduled meetings
- Review Digital Performance reports with clients
- Ability to think strategically and provide practical guidance to team members across various media, including print, web, email and social
- Ability to interpret brand needs and communicate them back to the Creative team
- Track progress of initiatives through the development
- Document learnings for future projects
- Responsible for all aspects of the Creative workflow and production process
- Position requires organization, attention to detail, adaptability and a high degree of collaboration
- Communicates critical information to relevant parties in a timely manner
- Partners cross-functionally with other departments as needed to move projects forward
- Excellent organizational and communication skills a must
